Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Surat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for the company, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, monitoring competition, and contributing to the development of marketing and advertising campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Experience in conducting market research and analysis Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing growth strategies Excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Experience in the food industry is a plus
