Job Description


Position : Business Development Manager- Strategic Tie Ups- Nutraceuticals Location : Hyderabad : Lead Generation through email marketing and outbound calling Pre-sales activities including preparing collaterals and proposals. Meeting / Calling clients for new business acquisition. Marketing of company services. Attending Seminars / Conferences / Trade Shows Develop appropriate marketing strategies to enhance growth. Review all market strategies for customers and evaluate all advertising and marketing plans to achieve objectives. Prepare forecasts for region and provide aid to customers. Analyze Global market and develop quarterly forecasts for market. Develop and implement various internal control measure for preparing reports. Coordinate with management team and ensure optimal results for all operations. Design and implement processes for company and assist in registration for new markets. Maintain effective relationships with various government department & agencies of assign region. Maintain efficient knowledge on all rules and regulations for various business operations. Monitor all everyday activities and resolve all customer complaints appropriately. Prepare reports to be submitted to management. Prepare and analyse various promotional programs and assist in development of new programs. Develop and implement various training programs for partners Skills Required:- Language skills: Excellent English language skills (verbal / written). Soft Skills: Team player, strong interpersonal skills. To qualify as a suitable candidate you should Have a proven track record of working in International Market You should have experienced in end to end sales process Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills Have Experience in International Market like U.S.A, U.K , and Singapore Generate sales through high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts Be Flexible for multiple Shifts timings Responsibility Contact Prospective International clients using Phone, Skype , Email and other medias You will identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. Selling, cross selling and upselling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
