RISE Institute is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener and have a compelling sales personality. Job Roles And Responsibilities Contacting potential clients (schools) to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations, institutions and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and increasing collaborations with RISE. Requirements Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related field. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
