You will identify + generate new business opportunities for Renewable Energy Logistics + build a strong pipeline of projects with primary focus in Wind Energy. You will work with dedicated + passionate colleagues with strong project logistics expertise + personally own an account portfolio. Your Role You will identify + generate new business opportunities for Renewable Energy Logistics + build a strong pipeline of projects with primary focus in Wind Energy. You will work with dedicated + passionate colleagues with strong project logistics expertise + personally own an account portfolio. Your Responsibilities To qualify + generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on Renewable Energy Projection especially for Breakbulk + Out of Gauge (OOG) shipments, specific Industries, Areas / Territories, National Key Accounts, Special Products + New Markets. To demonstrate superior Renewable Energy stakeholders + market knowledge To build relationships + a network with various renewable energy stakeholders (OEMs, project developers/owners, EPC contractors, etc.) To attend customer events, exhibitions + meetings + deliver presentations about our industry solutions. To align with the Customer Excellence Team when onboarding new customers + review regularly To leverage on KN core competencies in Chartering, Transport Engineering, Digital Solutions + provide a clear value proposition to our customers To use the CRM (CoreLog) to maintain + update customer information, report customer complaints to the Customer Excellence Team + perform related CRM tasks To actively contribute to create / update a regional tender library with specific country + market updates Your Skills and Experiences You will own the customer engagement cycle. Your days will be varied from direct customer engagement with internal discussions with relevant team members Start your day by reviewing your customer new business targets are we attracting them in line with our strategy Consult with local + regional team to ensure they are supporting you with competitive proposals in line with our capabilities. Consider the status of current + new contracts, ensuring that we close these in line with our commercial policies During the day, review the pipeline of projects + progress of those projects. Evaluate + modify the business plan for customer acquisition + customer retention. Ensure that new customers are being on-boarded in compliance with our Zero Failure processes + that we are delivering as promised to our customers On a regular basis, consult with key stakeholders + customers to review progress, ensuring continuous engagement + high customer retention rates. Finally focus on evolving our customer relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities.
