ICAV Tech is looking f a Global Business Development Manager. Wk profile will be to generate business f the company, Developing and executing a plan to meet the sht-term & long-term sales and profitability targets, Identify and capture strategic opptunities to drive sales and market share to achieve given revenue target. As a BDM the Candidate will Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opptunities and continuously monit their perfmance and conversions. You will:
  • Strategize Lead generation & finding new sales opptunities.
  • Build strategies to improve and maintain ongoing relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Responsible f costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering.
  • Contacting potential clients via phone e-mail to establish rappt and set up meetings.
  • Look into existing & new possible sources f generating Business f the company.
  • Prepare pitches to sell products and services.
  • Handel time and multiple projects.

Requirements & Qualities
:
  • Candidates with 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager & experience with services as such Software development, Web & Mobile application design & Development.
  • Exposure with Multinational Companies.
  • Excellent expertise in Enterprise IT Sales f BPO Services including Web, Mobile and software development to international clients.
  • You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills f this role.
  • Candidates should have experience of generating business from online Ptals like Upwk, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru, etc.
  • Good wking experience in efft estimation, client follow up, proposal writing.
  • Excellence in handling international clients.
  • Must have experience of team handling. Leadership skills, proactive, persuasive ientation.
  • Brilliant presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products solutions by focusing on client requirements.
  • Masters Degree in relevant field of study (IT, MBA, etc) is preferred.
