Every day, lakhs of students solve theirqueries on the portal in both India and Abroad. This is a cross functional role where you'll beworking directly with the management team to receive training and support them in newinitiatives and improving existing processes.JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in

a complex, fast-moving environment.

• Develop key metrics to track brand perception amongst the relevant target groups.
• Concept Selling: sell Online Advertising Solutions to the Universities/Institutes/Training

Agencies/ B2B Marketing & Advertising Business.

• Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior management

at companies and educational institutes through email, telephonic or face to faceconversations.

• Drafting Proposals: Expertise in drafting proposals and preparing presentations for the

clients.

• _ Revenue Generation: Responsible for generating Ad business revenue by developing online _

/mobile advertising opportunities.

• _ Strategy Planning: Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for acquisition of _

New clients in line with the overall organizational objectives.

• Business Forecasting and target achievement: Take complete ownership of the

business process, business forecast for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues.

• Help in analyzing, structuring and solving business problems within the various teams in the

organization.

• Make sense of the key internal and market trends and their implication on our business.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to run select strategic projects.
• Work closely with the various members of the executive team on a daily basis to drive key
