Job Summary:-

A Product Expert in Sales is a professional who possesses in-depth knowledge about a particular product or range of products and uses that knowledge to drive sales. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. Here are some key responsibilities and skills associated with the role of a Product

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new business by initiating a marketing strategy and generating leads.
  • Plan and meeting set as per given MQL and SQL.
  • Provide initial demo to client and discuss about client expectation.
  • Allying with Product head, Junior Salesperson, Pre-sale team and Demo team.
  • Presenting customers with services pitch and demonstrating them our business solutions depending
  • upon customers\' needs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Approaching existing businesses (customers), understanding their business analyzing sales or
  • solutions that can be provided as cross-function or upselling the products and solutions.
  • Driving the entire product sales process until the closure of the deals.
  • Competitor analysis.
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Product Sales Representative.
  • Teamwork.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional
  • relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Strong Communication skill.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Critical thinking ability.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Knowledge on HRMS and Payroll software would be preferred.
  • Cross sale ability.
  • Tailored presentation prepare for client.
  • SaaS based solution knowledge.
