Your primary duty will involve investigating the current operations of the Jalandhar branch to gain an understanding of its functioning Your second duty will involve Conversion of Future Franchisee or partnership. You will also look after paper related work of an organization You will actively participate in both online and offline marketing activities. This will involve collaborating with management to execute campaigns, seminars, and social events that boost sales and promote the growth of the organization\'s social media platforms You will also be engaged in research and development for future branch openings. Once a location is finalized, you will be responsible for setting up the branch within the organization\'s budget. This includes developing the infrastructure, hiring the team, and ensuring the training and achievement of minimum sales benchmarks for the new branch You will be responsible for overseeing Noida Head Office. You will be responsible for various other activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organization\'s operations and effective management of its structure Requirements Proven working experience as a business development manager or related Field A person should be Sales Expertise Should be Educationist or have experience in IELTS Should have experience in handling B2B Model.
