JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Responsible for getting new leads/requirements from new clients (Prime vendors) and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations. 2. Generate requirements from new clients (Prime vendors) and existing clients through cold calling. 3. Manage team targets and can generate good revenue. 4. Understand the requirement and client\'s needs based on technological skills, rates, and location. * Worked for Tier 1 Clients/ prime vendors on Technical Requirements are preferred. * Working knowledge on C2C / W2 positions. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s Degree WORK LOCATION: Sector 63, Noida SHIFT TIME: Night shifts 7:30PM- 4:30AM * Cab Pick-up and Drop facility will be provided to female candidates * Meal * Insurance RENUMERATION: * Market salary will be offered, open for negotiation. * Lucrative recurring incentives slabs. * Recurring monthly Incentives based on margin. * Bonus based on consistent performance and meeting quarterly goals. * Incentives paid on time every month.
