We have opening for a Corporate Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. This role is for a motivated, organized, and creative individual who can build and leverage key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. As a Sales Professional, you will have to have a strong track record of revenue generation via a consultative selling approach. This opening is very suitable for Business-To-Business (B2B) Clients / Corporate Sales. Job Duties:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
  • Day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring customers satisfaction.
  • Holding meetings via face-to-face meeting, Virtual Meetings and attending webinar/ conferencing with customers/clients.
  • Meetings, networking, and other methods can be used to identify market opportunities.
  • To positively promote the Company, its mission and core values.
  • Building long term relationship with existing and potential clients.
  • To refine and improve a business, you need to think strategically see the big picture and set aims and objectives.
  • Good understanding of Final closure, requirements and dynamics.
  • To achieve the sales/revenue target from new clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients.
  • Implement operational changes through strategic planning.
  • Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
  • Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
Requirements:
  • Must have MBA Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum of 2-3 years have proven experience in sales, business development/ Corporate sales and engagement.
  • Expert networking, influencing, business development skills
  • Strategic thinker & sound business judgment
  • Advanced level of independent and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate across all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communication and negotiation skill
