Engagement with state skill development mission and generate training business
Identifying & Making Proposals for Grant and Funding-CSR & Fee Based.
Undertaking Business Development activities.
Branding of IASC SSC . Communication & Advocacy to target audience.
Work closely with Digital Marketing team for content development , website management , Social media feed etc.
Ensuring database of all regulatory bodies, Industry bodies and service providers dealing in skill development/vocational education.
Following events/conferences on skilling related subjects and ensuring participation opportunities for IASC SSC
Periodic engagement plan execution with Industry and state missions.
Responsible for on boarding new Industry partners.
Organize Events, seminars, workshops etc.
Ensure demand Aggregation targets are periodically updated and exponentially increased.
Facilitate Job placements for certified trainees along with other departments and Monitor the gap between certified trainees and placements and equalize the gap.
Engagement with DSCs
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of Working Experience in Marketing &skill Development Sector.
Post Graduate in Marketing .
In depth Experience in India’s Skill Ecosystem and understanding of Vocational Education Training, School Education etc.
Should have high proficiency in & understanding MIS, Microsoft office.
Excellent Written and Spoken English.
Knowledge of a regional language, would be an added advantage.
Experience - Person with experience in skilling ecosystem/Education Sector/Vocational EducationSector skill council is desirable.
