: Business Development Executive
We are a growth marketing agency empowering businesses with our performance marketing, social media marketing, and content creation services. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and help us grow as a channel partner.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Familiarise yourself with all products and services offered by our company and our partners.
2. Scout new international/ national clients through networking, direct contact, database, reference from existing clients, and collaboration.
3. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
4. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective/ targeted clients.
5. Perform market analysis & research on competition and remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients and ensure they are met.
7. Suggest upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
8. Achieve monthly/ quarterly targets/goals and be capable of working under pressure.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business Management or related field.
2. Excellent communication/ organizational skills (verbal/ written/ email/ WhatsApp/ messaging) with a Pleasing personality and can handle clients confidentially.
3. Must hold experience in B2B sales and make an impressive presentation to clients.
4. Proven working experience in Project Management/ Cold calling and Business Development
5. Must be tech-savvy with strong knowledge of CRM system/ Digital Marketing channels/ Microsoft office/Google sheet etc.
6. Must hold excellent negotiation skills
7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking skills, and being a good team player.
