Job Description



We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Role’s main objective is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/customers.Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Job Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential inquiries/leads through cold calls and emails
  • Reaching out to institutes and colleges for tie-ups/workshops organization
  • Monitoring and guiding sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Find new targets and leads to promote the sales and services of the organization
  • Creating awareness, handling of promotional activities and generating leads
  • Responsible for sales of Educational products and generate revenue for organization
  • Maintain relationship like taking feedback, generate referrals, providing support and solutions
  • Making feedback calls about attendance, balance payments, documentation etc
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Advice students/parents for their learning needs through structured counselling sessions
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing line trainees
Experience/Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in Education sector
  • Should have experience in using CRM,ERP software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (should be good at English,Hindi,Marathi)
Skills:
  • Keen interest in education
  • Being interested in mentoring students
  • Proven sales experience in Education sector Should have a diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation and IT fluency
