Candidates must have a passion for sales and should be able to plan their beats and map the market efficiently. The BDM will manage the sales and distribution network maintaining authentic records. Candidates must possess an experience in working with Women\'s Beauty & Fashion products. Key Responsibilities: Undergoing training to have a complete understanding of products provided by the company Manage the sales division & distribution network Implementing of all data on company software. Will be responsible and accountable for achieving assigned sales target Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the successful execution of sales plans. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust them as needed. To maintain relationships with Channel Partners & and ensure their retention Achieve the given sales target by adding new Distributors & and retaining old ones Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our products to potential clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and services. Handling objections and resolving same with the support of the Marketing Head as and when required Handling channel partner complaints & and resolving same by coordinating with ASM and Marketing Executive Taking Channel partner feedback Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
