Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition by approaching hotels, restaurants, caterers, and signing them up under the RUCO program.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new clients, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with onboarded customers to ensure consistent UCO productivity.
Collaborate with Territory Managers to expand market share and strengthen the UCO discard base.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and growth objectives within the allocated region.
Conduct regular market visits to track competition, identify opportunities, and build a strong local network.
Candidate Profile
Strong on-ground sales and operations experience with proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high ownership of targets.
Comfortable with fieldwork, market visits, and direct customer interactions.
