Purpose of the Job : The role of the Sales representative is to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from existing and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes revenue and profitability. Roles and Responsibility. Role Description Plan and conceptualize various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes Accountable for generating business enquiries in the given market region for all the range of Filtration, Drying , Customized equipment\'s like Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Condenser columns, Reactors and Solid Dosage Equipment\'s Lead and Manage the Equipment\'s (ANFD / Dryers / Reactors) business for the Organization. Expand the market beyond the established industries (Pharmaceutical/Specialty Chemicals, Agro). Increase the Top & Bottom Line of the Business. Identifying Customers, arranging an offline meeting, maintaining rapport / relationship sending follow up emails reminders to potential customers in order to have exponential increment in clientele base in given region. Coordination with Sales proposal team and other Stakeholders in estimation, Innovation Design until the PO is received. Organizing and Planning and Promotional activities like Seminars, Exhibition etc and ensuring maximum participation by Existing and Potential Customers. MIS and Reporting on Sales force/ Excel and Email on daily basis Education: B.E Mechanical/ Chemical Experience: 5 to 10 years\' experience in sales, preferred from same industry Key Skills: Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional Excellent communication & Presentation Skills Negotiation Skills & Market Intelligence Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
