Company Description Paycraft is a payments company focused on developing open loop payment products, including a debit and prepaid platform, automatic fare collection platform, instant issuance, host card emulation (HCE), card applet development, and terminal kernel solution. We work with banks, consulting companies, transit operators, payment processors, card and device manufacturers, among others. We are disrupting transit payments in India by adhering to open loop payment standards to make it convenient for passengers, while at the same time reducing costs and increasing revenue potential to all the stakeholders involved. Our operations are present in Kochi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Surat with ten more public transport operators across India. We work with the largest Private and Public Sector Banks in India, including the likes of SBI. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Account Manager - Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with marquee clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Qualifications Required Experience - Min 2 years upto 10 years. Candidates having relevant experience in Digital Payments industry shall be preferred. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience in account management, preferably in a B2B environment Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data and draw insights to support the development of account plans and strategies Ability to prepare Techno Commercial Proposals customized as per Client\'s requirements. Should be able to understand Payment Products and gain deep insights. Understanding SaaS and Licensed Products. Experience in the payments industry or similar fields is a plus Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
