Designation : Business Development Manager - (Specialist Hair Care & Hair Color) Key Responsibilities Sales Forecasting and Planning Responsible for his/her territory\'s forecasting and sales tracking Increasing market share by developing new customers (Retail Outlet) Preparing pipeline of sales accounts Taking initiates like promotions, offers, and discounts to achieve sales projections Ensuring minimum return from stores Team Handling Appointing distributor for hair care category area-wise Opening a new door Training to the beauty advisor Should know about salon chain Handling sales in Events and Exhibitions Service Orientation Meeting sales targets as defined by the Business Head. Negotiating sales price and discounts in consultation with the Business Head Following up with prospects for the closure of sales Addressing customer complaints and fulfilling requirements within time Providing after-sales support to the customer Ensuring on-time collection from customers Monitoring and validating costs and ensuring they are within budget limits for the region Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor the implementation of sales and promotional initiatives Reporting Monitoring sales and related data and drawing inferences to propose future course of action Weekly sales report submitted to Business Head. Maintain documentation such as contracts, and agreements, with retailers Provide timely feedback regarding the performance of the dealers and distributors to the Business Head. Preparing and sending collection reports to the Business Head on a periodic basis. Interpersonal Skills Engaging in ethical behavior at all times. Strong Communication Skills. Expertise in managing teams. Good negotiator (value-based selling) Excellent analytical thinking In-depth knowledge of hair color & and hair care catalog Presentation skills Qualification MBA specialization in Marketing & Retail Sales Experience required in the beauty and personal care industry (mandatory) - 4-5 years of sales development/expansion. Excellent with advanced Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint Salary CTC - as per industry standard Travelling Allowance + Variable + Incentive on achieving monthly target. Skills - A proven track record with, a strong network of distributors pan India. Someone with a good business acumen who can expand the company operations domestically across the country.
