  • Our Phadia Laboratory Systems allow the fully automated performance of IVD tests in these two disease areas. - Allergy and Autoimmunity


Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales of Allergy portfolio in the country and grow the topline
  • Manage the sales of instruments / test volume/ reagent sales target for all the segments in the country.
  • Responsible for increasing the test volumes in commercial laboratories in the country.
  • Drive the key projects to maximize Phadia sales in the country
  • Devising promotional strategies & suggested panels for Indian clinicians with help from PMT team and implementing it along with the sales team
  • Meet around selected customers in a month (Commercial labs / Hospitals decision makers).
  • Should be able to support the commercial laboratories in allergy awareness & thereby support sales training of channel partners as well as lab’s sales teams & working with them on promotion of scientific concepts of allergy at client level.
  • Should be able to devise & implement strategies for allergy independently / with channel partners as well as partner labs.
  • Identify business development opportunities like CRO’s, B2B testing, industrial testing etc. & meet the targets for the same.
  • Support sales team in growing opportunity funnel, take opportunities forward in the funnel and positively close them
  • Collect, analyze & report market information.

Requirement:
  • Any science graduate (MBA preferred) with Min 10+ years of experience in IVD OR Clinical OR Diagnostics Industry
  • Experience in sales of Allergy product line (Automated Analyzers) will be preferred
  • Experience in sales of capital equipment’s can also be considered
  • Should have managed a sales volume of at least 1 to 2cr a month – Must have
  • Should have managed larger territory / zone within India
  • Team Management (Must)
  • Distributor Management (Must)
