Sales Manager - BFSIGrowfitter is looking for young, energetic and diligent individual for India's first Health Insurance integrated with fitness. User gets 100% cashback for staying healthy.Responsibilities
- Do market research about Health Insurance industry.
- Managing the health insurance sales through in app process
- Do cold calling on the leads generated through the app
- Handle inbound call enquiries with respect to Health Insurance
- Give knowledge about the product to the Clients
- Conduct meetings, keep a proper check on sales, maintain database and manage field related work.
- Minimum 2 years of experience. Previously worked in BFSI industry.
- Able to handle the targets and calls.
- Have market understandings, data analysis skills and ability to convince and collaborate.
- Able to manage relation for long term and manage multiple clients
- Good communication skills, convincing skills, managing data and data efficiency
