Palogix International, a rental and logistics company supplying returnable reusable plastic pallets, bins, and containers, is seeking a Bussiness Development Manager to service the expanding agricultural market in India. This is a unique opportunity for a high-energy, results-oriented individual looking to help expand a successful international company into the Spanish Market. The candidate will earn a competitive salary and have opportunities for performance-based merit increases.

• Develop and lead outside sales in India.
  
• Identify Regions, Geographies and Commodities to expand the Palogix rental offerings
  
• Develop and oversee the operation of Palogix depot's with the goal of operationally supporting all sales efforts throughout India.
  
• Generate and execute a plan to build the infrastructure necessary to support customers in multiple regions of India
  
• Participate in field market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Assist in developing targeted marketing and promotional materials.
  
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
  
• Handle regular customer service communication with sales clients.Build strong relationships with corporate agri-business entities as well as independent and/or family-run farming organizations.
