Job role: Business Development Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager. The
successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth
objectives. The candidate will be responsible for delivery and implementation of
revenue growth strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
As a key part of the role, the candidate will be required to set up world-class systems
and processes and increase the workforce solutions branch network.
Main activities involved
\xef\x82\xb7 Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and account
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our
customer base
\xef\x82\xb7 Following up with new business opportunities and setting up the meetings,
with regards to our products (Facility management, Manned Guarding
services, Outsourcing, Engineering)
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
\xef\x82\xb7 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and
presentations
\xef\x82\xb7 Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
\xef\x82\xb7 Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of
accounts
Qualifications & Required skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 experience in the FM/BFSI/Service field.
\xef\x82\xb7 Degree holder
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and spoken English competency.
\xef\x82\xb7 Track record in working and managing direct reportees.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\xef\x82\xb7 Successful track record of managing within a capital and operating budget
accounting framework.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to position products against competitors
