Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of feature list (or Understanding Document) to gather ballpark estimates from the technical team.
• Preparation of detailed feature list/wireframes to gather accurate estimates from the technical team if the project cost > USD 5000.
• Proposal Drafting.
• After lead closure, send contract agreement to client + inform client about Project Initiation phase of 56 days via project kick-off email.
• Sending upfront invoice to client
• Requesting for a knowledge transfer and handover session within 12 days of lead closure.
• Participate in add-ons discussions with clients along with the BA (if client or team raises the scope issues).
• Request for feedback/testimonial from the client once requested by PM.
• Maintain leads in the lead management tool.
• Estimate Library Management at a centralized location. And access it when required.
• Communication modes allowed with the client: Phone (Official Number with recording), Skype (Official ID with recording), Email through PM tool, direct email (official ID)
• In case of any project/process-related issues, approach the PM.
• Have regular discussions with the PM to discuss the project pipeline and work hard to get new projects for the team.
• Updating contract/business proposal as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree, 7+ years in the sales industry
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
