Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and an organised individual to contribute to our sales efforts in construction segment such as Roads, Bridges, Paints etc. As part of the job, you will be required to join our Sales team based in Shakti Nagar, Delhi, India. Flexible working schedule is permitted based on productivity Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving sales and business development of industrial fiber (Polyester, PP and Cellulose) in various segments such as paints, roads, highways, bridges, flooring etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Approach new customers, set up meetings and build business relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify players and capture leads through research and cold call \xe2\x80\xa2 Connect and coordinate with consultancy firms/agencies for obtaining certifications/ source approval of products \xe2\x80\xa2 Site visits in various locations across India \xe2\x80\xa2 Give presentations to potential customers, highlighting use cases of the products \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage negotiations and client discussions around product and its application \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely delivery of samples, trials and orders for optimum inventory management \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing material for the marketing activities related to the product lines \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to the defined sales processes by working back with our in house operations and finance teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and Manage Database of Government tenders and customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Build good rapport and establish long term relationships with customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Weekly reporting of work and tracking of KPIs Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate (Preferably B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience and working knowledge of Construction and Paint Industry will be preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience and working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Gmail \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to learn new products and its applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and email writing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to effectively collaborate with team members on a remote basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Curiosity to learn and develop new product markets \xe2\x80\xa2 Person with self vehicle (two wheeler/ bike) will be preferre Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Benefits:
