Incorporated in May 2020 and based out of Bangalore, India, ReshaMandi is India's first and largest B2B marketplace digitizing the natural silk supply chain. ReshaMandi provides a full-stack digital ecosystem in the form of a super app, starting from farm to retail. You will be working with a team that has an audacious mission, crazy enthusiasm, and that almost always thinks outside the box.

Role Description:


The primary purpose of this role is to lead the BDE team in building the business by adding new reelers & retaining the existing ones.



Does the below sound like you?


1) Positive, self driven & confident attitude.
2) Should have sales experience previously.
3) Should be either ready to relocate to Ramangara or stay close by.
4) Cocoon quality parameters to be known or should be a quick learner if trained.
5) Should have handled a sizable team in the past.

Responsibilities
will include, but not limited to:


1) Increase the business by adding new reelers & also retaining the existing ones.
2) Understand the market trend for better decision making.
3) Leading the BDE team.
4) Achieving the targets.


Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:


1) Knowledge on Word & Excel.
2) Dealing with tough & smart people.

3) 95% of travelling


Preferences :


1) Sales experience required.
