Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at TENAI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and securing projects for website and software development. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand clients\' business needs and objectives to propose suitable solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Work closely with the technical team to develop project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties. Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and finalize agreements. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to client expectations. Address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, seeking solutions proactively. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of website and software development processes and technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets and goals. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics. Qualifications Back-End Web Development, Front-End Development, and Full-Stack Development Mongo DB, React.js, Node.js and other Php technologies. Experience in software development and creating user-friendly interfaces. Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java Experience with version control systems and code management tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
