Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company\'s strategic goals Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners and stakeholders Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers Liason with customers including government and private companies Coordinate end to end tender process including bidding, submission, execution, and payment collection Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors and customer feedback Identify emerging trends, needs and opportunities Develop and present proposals, and documents to secure new business deals Provide feedback and insights to improve the company\'s products, services and processes Monitor and report on the performance and satisfaction of clients and partners Provide regular reports on business development performance and pipeline opportunities Target based commissionstravel allowancesfast growth opportunity with potentially senior roles based on performance
