Very sound knowledge in real estate sales segment.

Responsible to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Responsible to generate sales as per the targets.

Responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Responsible for crafting sales plans strategically for self as wells as for team to increase sales.

Responsible for team training from time to time and oversee sales improvements.

Responsible to oversee efforts to expand lead generation through cold calling, emails, and other methods

Responsible to establish Customer Relationship.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Very good communication skills.

Dynamic leadership skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Must have 5 7 Years experience in sales in Real Estate / Infrastructure Industry.

Strong networker & relationship builder

Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

Should have fluency in English and local language.

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA (Sales and Marketing)
