Identify and develop new business opportunities in the crane rental and heavy equipment sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial projects.
Handle inquiries related to crane hire, leasing, and equipment sales.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events to promote company services.
Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the
heavy cranes, equipment rental, or construction industry
.
Strong understanding of crane operations, project requirements, and safety standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
