Website: https://www.targetintegration.com : As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on managing B2B sales with a major emphasis on lead generation and ERP Sales. We are particularly interested in individuals with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, lean manufacturing, and ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales Management:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end B2B sales processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead Generation:
  • Drive lead generation initiatives to identify potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
ERP Sales:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their ERP needs and tailor solutions.
  • Drive ERP sales to manufacturing clients, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions aligned with clients\' business goals.
Travel and Client Interaction:
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and understand their on-site requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and ERP Sales.
  • Significant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably as a manufacturing consultant.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their practical application.
  • Comfortable with travel and client interactions.
  • The experience of setting up manufacturing facilities or shopfloor is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions for manufacturing or sales to manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
