About the Role

Achieve revenue targets through new business attainment and support upsell opportunities within existing client portfolio.
Establishes relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers in target businesses across segments throughout the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

1.Sales Activity

• 
  Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and penetration of Cirium solutions.
• 
  Achieve new business and renewal targets for accounts in assigned markets.
• 
  Plan and execute sales campaigns and account plans to deliver against target and maximise revenue growth.
• 
  Ability to learn Cirium products and solutions quickly and explain them to clients and prospects.

2. Relationship Management

• 
  Regular contact with prospects and existing customers to understand their business objectives.
• 
  Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through a consultative sale approach.
• 
  Establish strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders within Cirium in order to develop and deliver bespoke customer solutions.
• 
  Share best practices across the sales team.

3.Market Knowledge

• 
  Keep abreast of industry updates and competitor activities and derive the impact this would have on Cirium\xe2\x80\x99s solutions.

Requirements

• 
  4 years of sales experience & strong tenacity for prospecting.
• 
  A demonstrated history of successful closing
• 
  Ability to engage customers with a value-based negotiation approach.
• 
  Ability to pivot to take advantage of market opportunities.
• 
  Ability to evaluate and justify trade-offs between short-term and long-term gains.
• 
  Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
