Location- Delhi (WFH but candidate needs to go for client meeting) Prefer local candidates only Budget- 6 LPA-8.40 LPA + Incentives Experience- 3-4 Years Relevant experience- 3 years is needed Skills required- Business developement, candidate needs to be from advertising agency, communication skills, marketing, adverstising, client relations. Notice period- Immediate-30 days (max) Interview process- 4 rounds of interviews all virtual. Requirement brief: A self-motivated individual who can drive the business of Pumpkin Production by targeting advertising agencies and getting projects on board. Type of projects- Ad-films ( TVC or Digital), Animation films, Stills/Print Shoots. Individual Qualities: Highly motivated, Passionate, Go-getter, Great communication & business skills Few Must Haves: - Has to be from the advertising agency circuit/network - Knows the inner workings of advertising agencies and clients - Understands the ways and means of navigating and getting a project from the agency. Knows the key people in the agency circuit. - Ability to target high-value prospects. Responsibilities: - Generating new business in the form of films (TVC/Digital), Animation & Still Shoots by approaching and pitching Pumpkin Production to advertising agencies - Focus on establishing long-term business relationship with the agency after winning new projects - Focus on sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of the Prospects. - Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules with the help of the production team - To be the POC between the agency & Pumpkin Production during a pitch & the production process. - A knowledge of the mediums and the shoot/production process- Ad-films, Animation, Still photography - To be able to create presentations & pitch decks for the production company as/when required - Track all agencies and its key clients and campaigns - Connect with relevant business prospects and engage them with Pumpkin Production\'s services - Formulate new business processes & practises and put them into effective use - Working towards the fulfillment of monthly and quarterly business targets in cohesion with the team. - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on Clients, Industry current affairs, brands, projects, pricing etc - Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, growth & forecast plans. linkedin.com/in/deepa-mishra-pandey-52b560bb
