About the job: We are looking for a Business Development Manager. We are a leader in cutting edge technology and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager as part of our endeavor to drive the next phase of growth. The role entails running scaled marketing programs, generation of thought leadership assets, and interacting with prospects in Government departments and enterprises to ensure effective business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in government vertical with a proven track record of managing end-end operations. Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market for our Product and services in its Zonse . Leverages an understanding of market players to know the market better.
• Track the business opportunities and seed them.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various government bodies and departments to identify potential opportunities.
• Participate in government floated tenders and manage the tender process end-to-end.
• Ensure all documentation related to the tender process is completed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with departments and stakeholders to ensure that project timelines are met.
• Manage the tender won project end-to-end, including project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Ensure that payments are received as per tender terms and conditions.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on the progress of the project.
• Represent the company in meetings with government officials and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Regularly perform competitive analysis and maintain an understanding of their business practices, analyze alternative offerings, assess competitor strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations for how to win.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and delivery, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
