Position: BDM : Role & Responsibility Some of the key responsibilities will include: Job Responsibilities: Detailed Skills Expected: Achieve sales targets within assigned territory. Utilizing strong selling skills to reach out to colleges & Schools and makes sales pitch. Follow-up with the colleges & schools and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts. Handle sales promotion activities related to the product/service, analyzing and understanding source admission Primary database collection as per agreed target Build and manage sales team and set their regular KRAs, targets and team retention. Student & Database acquisition. Increase in Number of Programs being offered To identify, plan & execute activities as per Marketing Plan Calendar of Marketing activities for admission cycles New partner acquisition. Team Management ensure team targets are achieved & maintain team retention. Experience in education sector, dealing with colleges / universities At least 4 to 10 years of experience in educational sales Presentation skills, conducting Seminar / workshop Taking lead in organizing various workshops and tie up with various stakeholders in education industry.
