Key Responsibilities: * Client Acquisition: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and target hotels in Delhi NCR requiring staffing solutions.

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the staffing needs, challenges, and opportunities within the hotel and restaurant sector in the region.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with hotel decision-makers, understanding their staffing requirements, and presenting ChefDarbari.com\'s tailored solutions.
  • Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our staffing services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with ChefDarbari.com.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and close deals while ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends. Provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to expand your professional network and promote our services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition, preferably within the hospitality or recruitment industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the hotel and restaurant sector in Delhi NCR.
