In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare value to the industry, focusing on Curewell path Lab Diagnostics (cpl). Ability to develop short-term (3 to 6 months) and long-term (2 to 3 yr) strategic sales plans and develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels. Basic Knowledge of functions and services of diagnostic centre like Pathology Lab. Healthcare knowledge on trends and influences for our customer base as well as doctors. Solution selling in the field of diagnostic services Solid decision making capabilities - Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and how to tailor to our customer solutions as well as with doctors. Strong people management and people development capabilities (Holding people accountable and being a player-coach and Ability to manage lead change. Ability to be collaborative with doctors and provide appropriate levels of influencing to ensure our customers comes first. Management of sales activity and tracking of key sales actions (Sales processes, coverage on critical accounts, compliance topics like financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, customer or doctors, and small path labs etc.) Strong leadership with creates followership and development of succession planning within area of responsibilities.
