BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER We are looking for a resilient business development manager to contribute to the growth of the company. Business development manager must have great knowledge of how to pitch and attract new customers and retain clients, encouraging extant clients, purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption Keys & Responsibilities Developing a business development strategy focused on project work and customer satisfaction. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients. Conduct research to identify specifiers and get brand approved in Project make list. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company\'s products/services addressing or predicting clients\' objectives. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Qualification & Expectations Graduated- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field Resident of Delhi/NCR Minimum Sales/ Marketing Experience- 5+ years\' experience. Candidates must have good communication skills and negotiation skills. Candidates must have their own vehicle to travel anywhere. Proven working experience as a business development manager in Interior Decorative items would be given preference. Local Market knowledge Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills
