Responsibilities: Responsible for creating new business revenue from enterprise customers. Build a relationship with decision-makers at the customers side. Build good quality sales funnel using various lead channels for sourcing customers. Responsible for generating new business partners and penetration into new verticals. Recognize opportunities and propose solutions to Clients in consultations with the presales teams. Address and resolve escalations from customer s accounts and assuring better TAT from internal teams. Periodic sales reports and case information to immediate superior. Responsible for additional revenue from existing accounts with new product offerings. Good communication skills with coordination experience between internal and external stakeholders. Ability to stick to revenue numbers allocated for the region. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud services and telephony. Experience selling Enterprise software, IT solutions, Software (SaaS), etc. Experience in Telecom, Software Services will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills (both written verbal), relationship, selling presentation skills Good understanding of handling commercials, RFP, and agreements. Teaming, liasioning, relationship Management, negotiation business knowledge.
