A desired candidate with min. 5-10 years of experience in the Business Development Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize products/services solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strategic thinker with great analytical skills KEY SKILLS. Smart & Active. Should be presentable Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales /Marketing Executive or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls ) Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Good communication skills and enthusiastic personality required
