Job description Summary: We are looking for Manager / Sr. Manager - Business Development Brand Alliances in Real Estate, who would onboard and manage retail brands on our platform across sectors. Relevant Experience: 5-8 years B2B sales in Real Estate Skills: Experience in Retail industry or/and online portals for managing retail brands. Sourcing retail brand and/or B2B sales Possessing a sharp eye for detail and strong client service orientation Possessing superior presentation skills Excellent speaking and writing skills Well-versed with Excel and CRM software Ability to manage a large number of clients simultaneously. Responsibilities: On-boarding of new brands and servicing of existing ones Responsible for the entire process from lead management, sales and business development to timely collections Mapping of new clients to ensure coverage across city/vertical Ensure service delivery, client retention and new property additions Developing and maintaining of database, regular reporting & follow-ups Listen to the needs of the clients, market intelligence, analytics and share insights with product and marketing team City: Nariman Point, Mumbai Experience: Relevant 3-6 years with Retail Brands sourcing, Proptech, IPC or Property mandate firms, Real Estate Joining: Immediate
