Roles and Responsibilities:- \xef\x82\xb7 Meet cold calling targets set daily, weekly, and monthly
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead generation of 12 leads every quarter
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and lead the BD Team to generate a strong pipeline of the prospective business
\xef\x82\xb7 New revenue generation increase of US$300K per quarter
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop marketing and sales strategy for the company \xe2\x80\x93 geography, vertical, and service-specific
\xef\x82\xb7 Respond to RFX documents, at least 48 hours prior to the due date
\xef\x82\xb7 Train and develop AM and BD executives to meet and exceed lead generation targets (need to set a quarterly number here
working backward on the revenue target we have) by establishing appropriate review and control mechanisms
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop marketing collateral for the Epicenter website, templates for reporting, dashboards, presentations, case studies,
whitepapers, and other material required for BD activities and board-level reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead client con-calls as well as coordinate and manage client and prospect visits to the site
\xef\x82\xb7 Transition new projects right from contractual, pricing requirements to the first 30 days of operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and adhere to organizations\xe2\x80\x99 ISO and ISMS requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate sales processes and perform collaboratively with account managers& Vice President.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities for sales support to streamline the entire sales process along with measure activities\xe2\x80\x99 results.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with team members to assure on-time completion of proposals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform with the VP of Sales to prepare and execute detailed presentations, tactics, metrics, systems, and action plans.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure to grow and assist revenue targets along with future growth targets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Execute and manage an organization\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop system support for deriving main sales metrics from the existing CRM system.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop standard presentations, sales solution materials, and case studies. Technical Skills:- \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and spoken English
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to make cold calls
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and tweak calling pitch to generate leads
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of MS Office
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient with MS Power point and basic ability to build presentations, case studies and whitepapers
\xef\x82\xb7 Relationship Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Business communication skills Management Skills:- \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to follow instructions
\xef\x82\xb7 Cold Calling, developing, and following outlined BD strategy
