Clinic Partnership ManagerResponsibilities
Looking for a passionate Partnership Manager who is willing to make a significant impact, drive
partnerships for the company
1. Is comfortable to travel across Bangalore to establish partnerships with clinics
2. Does ground research on doctors, creates connections with them. Is able to develop a
screening process to select the right doctor to partner with OneCare
3. Gets clinics / doctors on-board via fruitful discussions and explanations and is able to
develop a strong relationship with them over time
4. Is comfortable with using tools, devices like iPads to make great presentations to doctors
and hospital management.
5. Maintains and manages operations and relationships with doctors over a long term,
developing products and communication channels with them.
Qualifications
1. Has Bachelor's degree and excellent written and verbal communication and presentation
skills (Kannada (good to have), Hindi and English(must have))
2. Experience: 3+ years establishing and managing partnerships with doctors / clinics.
3. Attitude of a team player who can easily adapt to a dynamic environment of startup.
4. Willingness to learn with an incredible team and Is a hustler with 'get things done' attitude,
is comfortable with a fast moving start-up environment and can multitask.
