Identify and pursue new business opportunities in rooftop, utility-scale, and captive solar projects.
Build and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, and government clients.
Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field (MBA preferred)
3-10 years of experience in solar sales, EPC, or business development/ Sales people in any other industry can also apply
Strong understanding of solar technologies, financial modeling (IRR, payback), and EPC pricing is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
