Key responsibilities



Agent recruitment and development:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents and agency partners to build the agency network.

Sales and performance management:

Drive sales and ensure business targets are met by coaching agents. Conduct joint sales calls and provide support to help agents close deals. Monitor agent performance and retention.

Training and support:

Conduct regular training sessions to improve agents' product knowledge and sales skills. Provide ongoing support to agents and act as a single point of contact for their queries.

Market analysis and strategy:

Analyze market trends and identify new business and advisor opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase agent strength and business.

Compliance and reporting:

Ensure all sales activities and agents adhere to company policies and regulatory norms. Maintain accurate records and report on business performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
