Job Description

Key responsibilities

Business growth:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve company goals, focusing on areas like increasing profitability, expanding the customer base, and launching new products or services.

Market research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand trends, and analyze customer needs.

Partnership and client relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners (like property developers and operators), suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Deal-making:

Propose potential business deals, generate leads, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Sales and strategy:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective sales strategies, and manage the sales pipeline.

Onboarding and operations:

Coordinate the onboarding of new properties or partners, which includes handling due diligence and legal paperwork.

Performance analysis:

Monitor and report on business performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
