Job Description

Responsibilities:



Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clients satisfaction and address any issues.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of IT products and services.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.

Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.

Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, BSc.IT, or a related field.

Strong understanding of IT products and services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Proven experience in IT sales with a successful track record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
