Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and site visits
Prepare proposals, tenders, RFQs, and pricing for FM contracts
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property owners, and developers
Coordinate with operations teams to define scope and ensure smooth service delivery
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Track sales activities and maintain an active sales pipeline
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum
5 years of business development or sales experience
in facility management
Strong knowledge of FM services (hard services, soft services, AMC contracts, IFM)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
