Your expertise and passion for music, combined with strong business acumen, will contribute to the success of our company. HOSPITALITY & RETAIL BACKGROUND PREFERRED. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities * Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and decision-makers to foster strategic alliances and drive revenue growth. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion. * Analyze market data and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services. * Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify new leads. * Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and trends to identify potential business opportunities. Requirement * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the Horeca & Retail industry. * Strong network and existing relationships within the Horeca & Retail industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions to business challenges. * Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
