Position: Business Development Manager- Banca
Position Summary:
Lead front-line sales of the company\'s products and services and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets with individual performance
Age: 30 to 39 years.
:
- \xef\x83\x98 To manage a team of ABDMs, SMs, and Sales Associates in the state
- \xef\x83\x98 To coach and mentor the team in mobilizing life insurance businesses from the assigned locations/ districts.
- \xef\x83\x98 To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reportees
- \xef\x83\x98 Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner
- \xef\x83\x98 Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc
- \xef\x83\x98 MIS management for the team and channel
- \xef\x83\x98 Daily / Monthly Activity Monitoring of the team
- \xef\x83\x98 Candidate must be working in open architecture
- Any Graduation (Compulsory)
- Insurance/Sales Experience needed
- UPTO MAX 9 lac PER ANNUM
