We are looking for Sales / Business Development Manager with experience in Digital Marketing to manage sales and develop new business for our Digital Marketing agency. We are a Canada based agency, with a strong portfolio comprised of several high profile brands.We are a small team of skilled and friendly people, very passionate about our work and committed to constantly delivering a top-quality service for which we are valued by our clients.We are looking for an experienced Business Development Managers, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the agency in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.Some of your key roles and responsibilities in business development and sales would be:

  • Identify prospects/clients for SEO / SMM / PPC / SMO through various sales channels such as cold calls, in-person meetings, and online channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, and online portals.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with existing clients by understanding pain points and offering solutions.
  • Managing Incoming Leads
  • Write compelling and well-researched business proposals for prospects.
  • Successfully manage the end-to-end sales process as defined by the company.
  • Demonstrate initiative and drive organization goals and initiatives.
  • Knowledge and thought leadership
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sector and services.
  • Being able to provide strong guidance/advisory to clients during requirement gathering.
  • Ability to thrive in Organisational Culture
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
1. Must be from Agency background.2. Extreme interest and passion in Sales.3. Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in winning new business for digital/online marketing companies or a proven track record in generating new business for services such as website design, SEO services, performance marketing, social media marketing, and branding and design.4. Excellent English communication and writing skills.5. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills.6. Organized, entrepreneurial self-starter; able to identify what needs to get done, then willing and able to make it happen..7. The position will be based out of Amritsar (Punjab).Salary - INR 500,000 - INR 7,50,000 (Fixed) + Bonus based on Targets.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?500,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per yearSchedule:
